Collection and Use of Information

We collect the following categories of nonpublic personal information about you: information we receive from you via our websites, surveys, and other sources; information about your transactions with us, our affiliates and others; and information we receive from nonaffiliated third parties. This information may include your name, email address, mailing address, and telephone number.

In addition, we may collect information about you that is not personally identifiable, such as through cookie and web beacon technology. We may add that information to nonpublic personal information we already collect about you. Once that happens, the information will be treated as nonpublic personal information.

Turbo Credit does not knowingly collect nonpublic personal information about children under the age of 13. If Turbo Credit obtains actual knowledge that it has collected personal information about a child under the age of 13, that information will be immediately deleted from its database.

Companies that are not affiliated with Turbo Credit may advertise their own products and services on a Turbo Credit website. These third-party advertisements will be clearly labeled on the Turbo Credit site. If any of these third-party advertisements request nonpublic personal information about you, it is important that you recognize that the information you provide will go directly to the third party. Turbo Credit will not receive this information. As a result, the information that you provide will be subject to the third party’s privacy policy. Turbo Credit’s privacy policy will not apply to that information. You may wish to review the third party’s privacy policy before submitting any information about yourself to any third party.

Disclosure of Information

We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform services, including marketing services, on our behalf, as well as to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements.

We may also disclose all nonpublic personal information about you that we collect to nonaffiliated third parties as permitted by law.

Confidentiality and Security

Turbo Credit stores all nonpublic personal information that it collects and retains in a database on its computers. Our computers have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. More generally, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information. We also restrict access to nonpublic personal information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services to you.
